For over twenty years, Faith Christian Academy has been faithfully serving families like yours across the Kansas City area. Today, FCA remains the only Christian, classical, collaborative prekindergarten through twelfth-grade option in the region.

Our commitment to come alongside you as you “train up your child in the way he should go” has remained steadfast since 2003, when a group of parents acted on a desire to see their child's education be so much more. Faith Christian Academy is the fruit of their vision.

In the years since, FCA has seen several moves, added a PreK, created and expanded its secondary House System, built an incredible athletics program (now offering its student-athletes nine different sports affiliated with the Missouri State High School Activities Association ("MSHSAA")), developed a strong collaboration with our parent community, and continued to refine our parent community's understanding of Christian classical education.

In 2018, FCA received our first accreditation with the Association of Classical Christian Schools ("ACCS"). As a result, FCA now stands at the forefront of the Christian classical revival as the first Christian, classical, collaborative school to be fully accredited by the Association of Classical Christian Schools (“ACCS”).

FCA has stood the test of time. Even during COVID, our model provided a nearly seamless transition to school-at-home days every day; in the fall of _____, FCA was one of the only schools that brought its students back to the classroom.

From 2003 to the end of 2025, FCA was governed by one board made up of men from Faith Community Church's ("FCC") own leadership. At the beginning of 2026, a new school board was formed to meet the operational needs of a growing community.

What began in 2003 with a small group of 25 students and some pioneering parents under FCC's guidance, has now grown to serve over 180 families and over 400 students. Each decade tells a story of faith and transformation, of students learning to love what is True, Good, and Beautiful, and grounded in a biblical understanding.

The school continues to grow, cultivating students who love Christ and who are prepared for life after graduation.
